Excellent service from William and his team, he contacted me immediately and visited house ( Falkirk ) following day to access job. Gave me a quote and a date for doing repairs, he kept me informed by text when his guys were coming, because of bad weather job had to be postponed a couple of times, William kept me informed of the reasons for the cancellations. On the day the lads arrived to do the repair again the weather was horrendous but they got on with job as best they could, because of weather they had to stop and come back the following day to complete. We have now gone through storm Ciera and Dennis and I am delighted to say to there is no sign of any rain ingress into garage ceiling. I would certainly recommend using Elite and will have no doubts about calling them again for any issues I might have in the future.

A very positive experience. William from Prestige Roofing very knowledgeable, thorough. No pressure or sales pitch. Eventually, agreed a new roof would be preferable, rather than roof Sealant. The old roof is at least 46 years old. William was easy to speak to. Nothing was any bother. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. They say first impression creates the biggest impact. William passed with flying colours.
